What are the taxes on the property?
The property has 100% tax abatement for the first 10 years and 50% tax abatement for the following 15 years.

Will there be adequate parking?
Absolutely! One-bedroom flats have two surface parking spaces. Each two and three bedroom townhomes has a two car garage.

Will there be a security system?
Each unit has a state-of-the-art security system pre-installed, which the owner can activate. Other pre-wiring includes cable and CAT5 lines for high-speed internet.

Are pets allowed?
Absolutely! The development and neighborhood are truly pet friendly. We encourage residents to curb their dogs.

What are the monthly Home Owner Association dues?
Home Owner Association Dues will be based on a unit’s particular square footage, between 16-20¢ a square foot. HOA dues will cover: water & trash, building maintenance, building insurance (property, general liability, E&O), building reserve, landscape, and snow removal.

Will I need to have Home Owners insurance?
Yes, HOA dues cover the exterior building insurance however it does not cover your interior. You will need to contact your insurance agent for Condo insurance rates.

How do I reserve a unit now?
A $2500 Earnest Deposit will hold your unit for 14 days. At the end of 14 days, a formal contract will be agreed upon, with no additional funds due at such time and the $2500 Earnest Deposit becomes non-refundable. When the building is deemed weather tight as per contract, the Buyer will tender an additional $2500 non-refundable in earnest money.
