What are the taxes on the property?
The property is applying for a 95% tax abatement for 10 years as part of the neighborhood revitalization plan.

Will there be adequate parking?
Absolutely, one bedroom plus flex space flats have two reserved parking spaces. Two bedroom townhomes have two car garages.

How can a buyer personalize the design of their unit?
Homeowners will be able to select the colors of items such as carpeting, countertops, cabinetry, ceramic tile and appliance package.

Will there be a security system?
Yes, each unit has a state-of-the-art security system pre-installed, which the owner can activate. Other pre-wiring includes cable and CAT-5 lines for high speed internet.

What are the Home Owner Association (HOA) dues?
HOA dues will be based on each unit’s square footage, roughly $0.15-$0.20 per square foot. HOA dues will cover: water, building maintenance, building insurance (property, general liability, E&O), building reserve, landscape, snow removal and trash pick-up.

Will I need homeowners insurance?
Yes. While HOA dues cover the exterior building insurance, it does not cover your interior. You will need to contact your insurance agent for rates.

May I rent a unit if I purchase one?
Yes. The initial Homeowners Condominium Association regulation allow buyers to rent their units with certain restrictions, however homeownership is encouraged at Boulevard Row.
